A while back I wrote in my blog about an ongoing commission I received from Occam Underwriting to produce a series of images to bring life and colour to the walls of their headquarters in London. I was given an open brief and decided to create some work based around the idea of biophilic design - bringing nature into the city office environment.
With images shot in Scotland, Greece and Sussex, the final selection was made by myself and some of the Occam team culminating in a collection of 17 images in total.
The largest print is 3 metres wide, spanning the entire length of the office wall at one end. The rest start at 2.5 metres all the way down to framed details of plants to occupy the smaller spaces.
I’m delighted to share some of the chosen images and some interior shots of the office with them in situ.
Thanks to Lance Gibbons, Esme Pickering, Peter Niland and Rosy Macdonald at Occam for all their input. Also to Kayan and all the team at Spectrum Photographic in Brighton for their professionalism and support all the way through - especially when signing off the big prints! And a final thank you to Nick and Alex at The Framing Workshop in Hove.
